There has been a growing number of hate crimes reported in the British press since referendum results were announced on June 24, 2016. Many of these crimes were directed at members of immigrant communities.

We find these reports distressing, and they add to the sense of uncertainty felt by many immigrants living in Britain: in a poll conducted on our Twitter account, hate crimes were identified as the key concern of immigrants following the referendum results.
